How do you keep the sand clean?We keep the sand clean by regularly raking and sifting it, removing debris daily, and encouraging sanitising before and after play.

Can we bring our own toys?We provide plenty of high-quality, age-appropriate materials. Please leave personal toys at home so nothing gets lost or broken.

Can I host a party or private event?Yes. We offer party packages and private bookings. Visit our Parties page or contact us to start planning.

How do we get to Little Builders?We are located on the ground floor of The District Docklands, The District Docklands at 20 Wharf Street (corner Studio Lane) and are within Melbourne’s Free Tram Zone. Routes: City Circle, 70, 86, and a 15 minute walk from Southern Cross Station.

What ages is this suitable for?Little Builders is designed for children aged 0 to 10 years. We have different play zones suited to younger and older children. Parents and guardians are allowed to enter the area to supervise children.

Is there parking available?Yes, there are a number of parking lots located nearby, with the closest being the Harbourside Wilson Car Park, entrance 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009.

What if something breaks or goes wrong?Please let one of our team members know. We’re here to help keep things running smoothly and safely.

Do I need to book in advance?We recommend booking in advance. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but bookings guarantee your spot. Some sessions do sell out.

Is the venue clean and safe?Yes. We follow a strict cleaning schedule between sessions and throughout the day. We have at least one first aider on site at all times.

What is Little Builders?Little Builders is a creative, hands-on pop-up play space for kids aged 0 to 10. With giant foam blocks, sandpit fun, and themed building zones, we’re all about imagination, movement, and messy play without the cleanup at home.

Why do I need to sign a waiver?The waiver helps ensure that everyone understands the nature of our play space and agrees to participate safely and responsibly. This needs to be signed by the legal guardian of every attending child playing at Little Builders. Everyone under 18 needs their own individual waiver signed.

Are refunds allowed? Can I exchange my tickets for another time?Change of session are permitted subject to availability, proven you have submitted the request 48 hours prior to the start time of your original session. Please email us with your confirmation number at hello@little-tix.com. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Do you have food and drinks?Yes! Our Tuck Shop cafe is there to fuel up all our Builders and has a wide range of coffee, snacks, and cold drinks.

What should we wear?Comfy clothes you don’t mind getting sandy. Shoes and socks are removed in the sandpit.

Can I drop my child off whilst I go shopping?No. All children must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian throughout their session.

Do you accept companion cards?Yes we do. Please present the companion card and valid ticket at reception.
